These where designed and manufactured in Soviet Union for (originally) Makarov pistol modification that was expected to be produced in Czechoslovakia just like other com. block countries produced their versions. Later Czechoslovakia settled to produce their version most different from soviet, designated VZ82(VZOR82)-translated-model82 and known here as CZ82, CZ abbreviation of factory name-?eská Zbrojovka located in Uherský Brod, Check Republic . It was agreed that Soviet factory will, never the less supply them with some accessories, like this shoulder holster. Each one had to go through Quality Control Department check (in Russian its "????? ???????????? ????????" or abbreviated "OTK"), where it received stamp "OTK" that you can see placed on each of them as it passed that through that check point. These historical holsters spent decades in storage in Czechoslovakia, (now Czech and Slovak Republics are separate sovereign states). They are O.K for CZ82/83, Walther PPK, Makarov Pistol, many other types of non soviet Makarovs and other compact pistols. They do have some storage wear and no uniformity of color (what can be corrected if you know how) Leather condition is excellent, somewhat hardened from long storage (that I actually like). Could be practically used as concealment holster, as it was intended for police Nice conversation piece too. Ship as soon as paid, usually same day if USPS open. Vertical pistol positioning holsters are better for concealment then horizontal, but according to some opinions could slow draw. Matter of preference. If you want to give me your measurements I'd set it up and adjust it for your custom fit before shipping, that's easy. Questions welcome. I do not come with a holster, nor does mirror , or anything else you see in reflection, just a holster, though it is well worth it and I think you'll like it.
